Lodges

It is our pleasure to welcome the general public to our accommodation. We want you to enjoy your stay.Whilst Covid-19 is perhaps ot the risk to many that it was, we wish to reassure you we are doing our best to protect you from the virus whilst you stay with us.

We do not currently offer a cooked breakfast but we do provide a complimentary breakfast basket which includes fresh milk, juice, yoghurts, cereals and pastries. 

Room Preparation

Our bedding and towels are laundered at 60 deg C or more.

Our lodge rooms have independent entrance and are completely self contained. You can park directly outside your lodge. All lodges have a small fridge and microwave.  Dishwashed crockery is provided.

Check In

We operate a remote check in service but can offer face to face check in if arranged in advance.

Payment

You must provide valid card details with your booking. The card will be preauthorised 6 days before check in. If you wish to pay cash on arrival we will cancel the preauthorisation once the cash payment has been received. You can also pay over the phone, online or via BACs. A receipt is provided.

Housekeeping

We wear masks during housekeeping. Masks are not worn whilst cleaning in between check ins.

We use Coronavirus effective disinfectant.

Housekeeping is not provided for stays of 2 nights or less. Housekeeping for longer stays will be arranged with you. You are free to opt out of housekeeping for stays of up to 5 nights. Longer stays must have a housekeeping arrangement.

We have large trade waste and recycling bins on site for the safe disposal of your daily waste.

A small housekeeping pack is provided to help you clean up spillages etc.

We provide supplies of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bin bags and toilet paper. Additional supplies can be requested by text using the mobile number provided in your room.  Items will be left on the bench outside your room and text advice sent.

Social Distancing

Please respect the fact that some guests may still be nervous and/or vulnerable to the virus. Afford space where you can please.
