Lodges
It is our pleasure to welcome people travelling for work to our accommodation. We regret we are unable to accommodate people travelling for leisure. To help us manage this you will be asked to provide evidence of work status from your employer/contractor. We want you to enjoy your stay but in light of current guidelines we do need your cooperation in order to ensure the safety of all of our guests and staff. We wish to reassure you we are doing our best to protect you from the virus whilst you stay with us.
Breakfast
Existing bookings with breakfast will be honoured however breakfast will not be available on new bookings until further notice. Some breakfast items are provided in your room.
Room Preparation
At this time, our rooms are left unoccupied for 72 hours between bookings. This is to ensure we minimise the risk of spreading the virus to guests and staff.
Rooms are cleaned by one person only and cleaning is undertaken with Coronavirus effective products followed by a final disinfectant wipe down. This includes all touchpoints, microwaves and fridges. Gloves and masks are worn whilst cleaning.
Our bedding and towels are laundered at 60 deg C or more.
Our lodge rooms have independent entrance and are completely self contained. You can park directly outside your lodge. With the exception of the King Size bedroom, all lodges have a small fridge and microwave. Dishwashed crockery is provided if requested on booking.
Check In
We operate a compulsory remote check in service.
Payment
We request payment a minimum 2 working days in advance of your stay or immediately on booking if your booking is made within 2 working days of check in. You can pay either over the phone, online or via BACs. A receipt is provided.
Personal Hygiene
To assist you in adhering to the Government guidelines for handwashing, we provide either Coronavirus effective handwipes on arrival or hand sanitiser.
Housekeeping
As advised in your booking confirmation, housekeeping does not take place during your stay for stays of up to and including 4 nights. For stays of greater than 4 nights please see below.
We have large trade waste and recycling bins on site for the safe disposal of your daily waste.
A small housekeeping pack is provided to help you clean up spillages etc.
We provide extra supplies of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bin bags and toilet paper. Additional supplies can be requested by text using the mobile number provided in your room. Items will be left on the bench outside your room in a sealed bag and text advice sent.
If your stay is longer than 4 nights we will provide fresh bedding, bath mats and towels on the 5th day. We will change the bedding and clean the room. You will be asked to vacate the room whilst we do this and maintain social distancing. We also ask you to please put personal items away so we can clean surfaces effectively.
